- Was known to the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by the Disclosing Party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party.
- Is received from a third party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party.
- Was independently developed by the Receiving Party without the use of or reference to the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information.
14. Temporary Suspension
Dotlas may temporarily suspend your access to the service if:
- Your use poses a security risk.
- Your use may adversely impact Dotlas or its clients.
- You breach this agreement.
- You engage in fraudulent activity.
- Your use devalues Dotlas’s reputation.
15. Specific Service Terms
Specific terms for data services provided by Dotlas:
- Users shall not distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell any data to offer a similar or competitive product.
- Users shall not engage in reselling the service without Dotlas’s prior written authorization.
- Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service.
